Who We Are

Built by women, for women.

BFITNESS began with a simple idea: create a space where women could move, sweat, and grow stronger, together. What started in Berkley’s backyard during the early days of COVID quickly evolved into something so much bigger.

From training sessions in the open air to late-night workouts in Tess’s garage, every stop along the way added to the heart and hustle behind BFITNESS. There were phases of athletic fluency and Aestallion, each one shaping the community and sharpening the vision. Then came the first official space at 219 Wellington — a big step, followed by a temporary (and unexpectedly long!) stay at 185 Wellington, where the energy and sisterhood continued to grow.

Now, we've finally landed home at 22 Pegler Street. A space that’s not just about fitness, but empowerment, inclusivity, and showing up for yourself and each other.

 

BFITNESS was built from the ground up with passion, purpose, and a whole lot of heavy lifting, and we're just getting started.

Why a Women Only Gym Matters

BFITNESS is a women only gym by design. We believe women deserve a space where training feels safe, supported, and empowering.
