Meet the BFITNESS Girls
The women of BFITNESS are the heart of everything we do. They are mothers, daughters, business owners, students, athletes, and friends who show up each day ready to support one another. Their kindness, encouragement, resilience, and willingness to cheer each other on is what transforms BFITNESS from just a gym into a true community. Every class, conversation, milestone, and friendship helps shape the culture we've built together, and BFITNESS simply wouldn't be the same without them.

Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, but over the years I’ve learned that true strength has very little to do with appearance and everything to do with confidence, resilience, and how you show up for yourself and others.
As a mother of four, entrepreneur, community advocate, and founder of BFITNESS, I understand firsthand how easy it is to put yourself at the bottom of the priority list. Through my own experiences navigating business ownership, motherhood, health challenges, and personal growth, I discovered that fitness can be so much more than exercise. It can build confidence, create connection, and empower people to realize what they’re truly capable of.
I am proud to be an active volunteer with End Woman Abuse, supporting initiatives that help women and families in our community. I also serve on the cabinet for Women United, a growing movement that brings women together to create positive change through leadership, philanthropy, and community involvement. Through BFITNESS, I have also had the opportunity to support numerous local charities, fundraisers, and community initiatives that align with our mission of empowering women and strengthening our community.
In 2026, I was honoured to be recognized as one of London's 20 Under 40 recipients, an award that celebrates young leaders who are making a meaningful impact through innovation, leadership, and community involvement. This recognition was especially meaningful because it reflected not only the growth of BFITNESS, but also the relationships, opportunities, and positive change that can be created when people come together with a shared purpose.

For many of years my life, I’ve struggled balancing the expectations of others, with what I truly wanted for myself. This caused a confusing time with my confidence, leading to issues with mental health, eating disorders, and body dysmorphia. It took me a very long time to realize that my strength had to come internally, and my confidence and belief in myself shouldn’t be dictated by other people.
As I started to surround myself with people that supported me no matter what, what I realized is how I wanted to help people with the same types of experiences. The link between mental and physical health became so clear and you realize how you can’t be fully healthy if you don’t have that balance. I used to be obsessive with the gym, calling it “passion,” and found it hard to have goals without it becoming an unhealthy obsession. I started to realize I needed balance!
As I found that balance between my mental and physical health, I began to see that it’s perfectly okay to have goals and to work hard, it just shouldn’t take over your life. As a mother of two, prioritizing what is important really helped me see this crystal clear. Feeling more confident in myself made me a better mother, partner, and friend.
Finding that balance isn’t easy, but it became so important for me and it quickly turned into a passion of helping other women find that balance, too! Becoming healthy is so much more than what we do in the gym. This is what I love, to help women thrive, bringing a total package, and encourage them be their most confident self!

Hey everyone! My name’s Liv — you may have seen me around over the past couple of months while I’ve been completing my co-op here for my final semester of Fitness and Health Promotion at Fanshawe College.
I’m currently coaching the Monday and Wednesday morning classes and am officially taking on clients — I’m so excited to get started!
A little about me: I grew up playing competitive ringette and played basketball throughout high school, so being active has always been a big part of my life. But it wasn’t until COVID, when sports were put on hold, that I really discovered my passion for fitness. I started learning on my own, eventually worked with a personal trainer, and that’s what truly sparked everything for me.
Over the past 6 years, I’ve built a strong relationship with fitness and staying active. I’ve also lost 50 lbs and have been able to maintain it, which has given me not only knowledge, but real-life experience in what it takes to make lasting lifestyle changes. Over the last 3 years in school, I’ve continued to grow that foundation — and now I’m so proud to turn this passion into a career.
If you’re looking for guidance, support, and someone who truly understands the process, I’d love to help you get started!

I’m a mom of three, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and someone who truly understands how hard it can be to put yourself first.
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, but it wasn’t until after becoming a mom that I realized it was about so much more than changing my body. It gave me confidence, improved my mental health, and helped me become the best version of myself.
Like many women, I’ve had seasons where life got busy and consistency was hard, but I always found my way back because of how fitness makes me feel. That journey is what inspired me to help other women do the same.
My goal isn’t to help you chase perfection, it’s to help you build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that fit into your real life. Whether you’re completely new to the gym or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I’m here to support, encourage, and guide you every step of the way.
I can’t wait to be part of your journey.

As a mother of four in my mid-40s, I understand firsthand the challenges women face when balancing family, health, hormones, and personal goals. As I navigate perimenopause myself, I’ve made it my mission to take control of my health, rebuild my strength, and become the healthiest version of myself.
My fitness journey hasn’t been perfect, but that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping other women. After finding myself in an unhealthy place, I committed to making lasting changes and rediscovered my love for movement, especially running. Recently, I completed my first HYROX event, a milestone that reminded me of what we’re capable of when we stay consistent and believe in ourselves.
I am passionate about helping women achieve their health and fitness goals at every stage of life. Whether you’re just getting started, returning to fitness after years away, or navigating the changes that come with perimenopause and beyond, I want you to know that progress is possible.
What inspires me most is being part of a strong, supportive women’s fitness community. I am surrounded by incredible women who motivate, encourage, and uplift one another every day, and I strive to create that same environment for every woman I work with.
My goal is simple: to help women build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.

My journey into fitness began at a young age when I realized I lacked knowledge about nutrition and exercise. This led me to explore workout videos, create smoothies at home, and eventually embrace weightlifting, walking, hiking, and yoga.
These lifestyle changes became a fundamental part of my routine. My commitment to fitness deepened last year when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease. This challenge profoundly impacted my health and inspired me to share the knowledge I’ve gained to help others enhance their quality of life.
I am passionate about using my personal experiences and education to support and guide others in their fitness journeys. Outside of fitness, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and cooking diverse meals for my fiancé. I’m excited to embark on this new chapter and look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals at BFITNESS

Movement has been life-changing for my mental health and physical well-being. After years of sporadic fitness attempts, I found my passion at Olympic Fitness (now rev3k). From nearly puking during my first wall balls to competing in tough mudder, I discovered a supportive community that transformed my life.
In 2014, I left my corporate career to pursue coaching, earning my CrossFit Level 1 certificate. My journey evolved into a love for Olympic Weightlifting, leading me to earn my Level 1&2 certificates by 2019.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with diverse clients, from parks to Zoom, helping them move better and exceed their goals. I’m committed to creating a positive, empowering environment where personalized plans meet your needs. Let’s surpass your fitness expectations together!

l've always had a love for fitness and healthy eating but the last 2 years is the most dedicated I've ever been. I've fallen so in love with finding different ways to move my body and tun high protein healthy meals to make! Healthy eating has always been something I've enjoyed and it's always made me feel good.
When I was younger and lived with my mom I'd create her Iittle meal plans all the time and absolutely loved doing that! I find helping others brings me lots of joy and satisfaction and I think that's what has drawn me to personal training.
Growing up I was a runner and enjoyed doing cross country and track in elementary and high school. I loved practice and anything that made me work up a sweat. Being active has helped tremendously with my mental health and I think that's where my love for fitness stems from. I'm now more so into weightlifting and am obsessed with watching my progress and making my body feel good. I'm so happy to be part of such an amazing group of strong beautiful women.

Fitness has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I’d watch my Mom train which is why I think the gym has always felt like a second home to me. After many years of friends, and friends of friends asking me to coach and train them I’ve finally decided to turn my passion into a new career.
My journey in fitness for almost 15 years has been filled with many ups and downs including several injuries. It has taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and understanding of the human body, both physically and mentally (I’m also a nurse!)
I understand that fitness is not an easy journey and I want my clients to know I’m here with them every step of the way. I truly believe in listening to and caring for my clients’ needs, knowing that every client has a unique story which is why I make customized training programs.
I believe in balancing both nutrition and exercise with a few simple lifestyle adjustments for long term health and happiness. Not only do I want you to look good but to also feel good!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve known that I had a gift for helping people. Following my passion for advocating for proper mental health, I pursued an education in Social Service Work.
Having dealt with my own share of mental health struggles, debuting in my early teen years, I often found myself returning to physical exercise as an outlet and a coping mechanism.
I believe true wellness is about more than just physical fitness it’s about nurturing both the body and mind. Thanks to my education and experience in mental health fields, I’ve seen firsthand how important mental health is to overall well-being, and I’m passionate about helping people take care of both.
My goal is to create a space where individuals feel supported, accountable, and empowered to prioritize their health. I want to help them become the best versions of themselves, not just for their own sake, but so they can show up fully for the people they love. I’m here to guide, encourage, and hold you accountable every step of the way because together, we can do hard things.

Not only do I have a love and passion for fitness, health and wellness I also like to have fun while doing it. I believe that you need to enjoy what you are doing to truly be connected to the movement and to your body. I know the gym can feel overwhelming and intimidating at times but I’m here to help you feel comfortable and confident in the space.
I have always been extremely active since I was very young. Started with dance and then ventured into sports such as soccer and basketball competitively. I was also a long distance runner for most of my life. I used physical activity as my main coping mechanism as I found the best results in doing so with my mental health.
I want to not only help you achieve your goals but also feel better mentally and emotionally throughout the process. I am going to help women maintain healthy habits, knowledge with wellness and recovery while showing that you can have fun throughout.

My love for fitness started on the track, where I competed at the Division 1 level and eventually became a Canadian long jump champion. I’ve been lucky to train and compete at a high level, but what shaped me the most were the incredible coaches who poured into me—teaching me about discipline, resilience, and believing in myself. Their impact sparked a passion in me to pay it forward and help other women unlock that same strength within themselves.
Now, as a personal trainer, I bring that same athletic mindset into every session. My mission is to empower women to become the most confident, capable, and powerful version of themselves—inside and out. I believe every woman has an inner athlete, and I’m here to help you find her.

I have always been active my entire life. Growing up through the years my activities changed but one thing remained consistent, staying active; dance, gymnastics, karate, volleyball, cheerleading, lifting weights and also back to dance. In 2012, I had a cheerleading accident and I was dropped from about 7 feet in the air; this resulted in 2 shoulder surgeries over the next 2 years and 2 more years of physio. I still can’t throw a baseball like I used to but I’m thankful to be able to have the ability to move.
My journey at the gym lifting weights started in grade 11 when we had to take a fitness class but I didn’t want to take regular gym class with all the running and sports that weren’t my favourite, there was a weight lifting class for females. I went on and off but never got serious or disciplined until around 2022, it was just after COVID and I had gained a lot of weight, it was noticeable, and I was not happy. It was at that moment that I went back to the gym, did the cardio that I so much despised both before and after my hour and a half workout, and lost the weight.
I not only became obsessed with how strong I was getting but also the endorphins you feel after you finish a workout, that’s what kept me going back. I’ve been dedicated to working on myself and getting stronger everyday since then; yes, I still struggle some days but those are the days where you lean on those around you, this gym is more than a gym, it’s a family and we have your back.
I got my degree in Therapeutic Recreation in 2021 and in July of 2025, I was hired on at BFITNESS as a class coach. I love every minute of it, from getting to motivate class participants to watching them get stronger and being a part of something bigger, I would love for you to come join our community!

Staying active has always become a huge part of who I am, but my passion for fitness really grew after going through my own health journey. Making positive changes through movement, nutrition, and building strength helped me become the healthiest version of myself, and now I love witnessing others reach their goals and experience the same sense of accomplishment for themselves.
When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me outdoors, staying active, enjoying outdoor hikes, or lifting weights and trying new workout classes to continue to challenge my body! I'm passionate about nutrition and believe that feeling your best comes from taking care of your body both inside and outside the gym.
As a coach, my goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where everyone feels capable and motivated. Having gone through my own health journey, I understand that everyone's path looks different. I love working with women at all stages of their fitness journey, whether you're brand new to exercise or have been active for years. My goal is to meet you where you're at, support your individual needs, and provide the encouragement and guidance you need along the way.
One of my favorite parts of coaching at BFITNESS is getting to meet new people every day and build genuine connections. I'm naturally social and love getting to know each person who walks through the door. We all have unique experiences and challenges, and I enjoy finding ways to relate to and support others throughout their journey.
I'll always be there to encourage you, but I'll also challenge you when needed because I believe growth happens when we push ourselves beyond what we think we're capable of.

I’ve loved being active for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always involved in sports and played soccer throughout high school. In my early twenties, I developed a passion for fitness and bodybuilding, which eventually led me to compete in fitness competitions.
When COVID hit, I learned how to stay active outside of the gym through yoga, Pilates, HIIT workouts, and outdoor bootcamps with friends. That experience taught me that fitness can happen anywhere and should be something you enjoy.
When I’m not working out, I love spending time with family and friends, walking my dog Benjamin, reading, trying new restaurants, travelling, hiking, camping, and spending time at the cottage.
I work as an Educational Assistant during the day and recently joined BFITNESS as a HYROX coach. I have loved getting to know the amazing members and coaches, and I’m excited to continue growing as a coach while helping others build confidence, get stronger, and have fun along the way.

Fitness and sports have truly shaped me into the person I am today. With a background in Kinesiology and a lifelong love of sports, I've spent years staying active through athletics, particularly basketball, where I've enjoyed both playing and coaching.
As a mom of two little ones, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing family, work, and self-care. That's why I believe fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or stage of life.
Beyond sports and fitness, music and dance have always been a huge part of who I am. Becoming a Zumba instructor has allowed me to bring all of my passions together: movement, music, community, and helping others feel confident in their bodies. There's nothing better than creating an environment where people can have fun, let loose, and improve their health at the same time.
My goal is to help you build confidence, stay active, and discover a style of movement that leaves you feeling energized and empowered. I can't wait to welcome you to a class at BFITNESS!

I found fitness in my final years of high school, and although my relationship with it was unhealthy for a while - it gave me a way to process what I couldn’t find words for. Growing up I struggled hard with my mental health and movement gave me a reprieve from my challenges and helped me channel my energy in a new way. Enter yoga… Yoga was not love at first down dog for me! My first few classes I was bored - we weren’t working nearly hard enough or sweating!
Thankfully with the urging of a friend and a 30 day challenge at our local yoga studio, I gave it another go. Although the heat of the room and the poses that seemed impossible made it challenging, I am grateful I tuned into the way my body felt after class to keep me going back. Not only did I get that post class high, I started to feel peace within and make peace with my body. Eventually I took my 200 hour YTT and have since added on yin, restorative + yoga nidra. I have a deep love for the slower side of yoga. It never fails to amaze me when I witness a student walk into class feeling angry, sad, frazzled, etc. and watch them float out of the room 60 minutes later.
I joined BFITNESS for the classes, but what I didn’t know was the family I’d find. Joining the team and leading you through a class is something words don’t quite capture. I’m here to help you embrace the strength within you and give you space to soften.
Off my mat, you can find me drinking coffee, strength training, baking, or hanging out with my two girls and husband.
