BFITNESS is an official HYROX-affiliated gym. Our HYROX classes and group programming are built to support athletes training for HYROX, with coaching that reflects what you will see on race day.

What is Hyrox?
HYROX is a fitness race that blends running with functional strength work. Every race follows the same format so you always know what you are training for.
You can expect:

8 1KM runs

Functional workout stations like ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, row erg, farmer carries, lunges, and wall balls.
There are different divisions based on experience and goals, which makes HYROX accessible and challenging at the same time. You do not need to be an elite athlete to participate. You just need the willingness to train.
