What to Expect When You Arrive

Walking into a new gym can feel intimidating. We get it. Here is exactly what to expect at BFITNESS.

Where to park and enter

Street parking is available on Pegler Street. There are designated parking spots for the gym on Pegler, as well as an additional parking lot located off Hamilton Road. Please do not park in any loading dock areas.


Please enter through the front main door on Pegler Street.

What to Bring

  • Clean indoor running shoes
     

  • A water bottle
     

  • That is all you need to get started.

Storage for Your Belongings

We have cubbies available in the changeroom for your personal items. If you prefer to use a locker, please bring your own lock.

What Our Trainers are Like

Our trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely supportive. You will be coached, guided, and encouraged in a way that feels respectful and clear. Feeling stuck or unsure in the gym? Our knowledgeable trainers are always happy to help. You’re never bothering us, just ask.

Who Shows Up

All kinds of women. Beginners, advanced athletes, HYROX racers, postpartum moms and women brand new to training. You will see early twenties (sometimes even teens) to mature aged members, moms, postpartum women, and everyone in between.

All Levels Are Welcome

Every class is fully coached and scalable. You do not need to be fit before you start. We meet you exactly where you are, offer options for every movement, and help you progress at a pace that feels right for you.
