Community Events
Open houses, special classes, social gatherings, and chances to spend time with the people who make BFITNESS what it is.
Classes bring us together. The friendships, shared experiences, and ways we show up for one another are what make BFITNESS feel like BFITNESS.

From HYROX events and running goals to hikes and fitness challenges, there are plenty of ways to show up together.
We believe in using our space and our community to support local causes and families when we can.
Community support isn't just something we talk about. We've used BFITNESS events, classes, drives, and our own time to support local families and organizations doing important work.
We rallied behind Alicia and her son Zay during his leukemia journey. Our community supported the family through a pay-what-you-can class pass and a shirt fundraiser, giving members meaningful ways to contribute.
At our BFITNESS anniversary open house, we organized a feminine hygiene product drive for the London Abused Women's Centre, inviting our community to donate essential items for women who need them.
We included a donation initiative supporting 519Pursuit during our community open house, bringing attention and resources to an organization that works with people experiencing homelessness in London.
We encouraged our community to participate in Hike for Hospice and its hiking challenge. BFITNESS also contributed a 10-class pack, valued at $225, to support the fundraising effort.
Giving back has also meant showing up in person. We've volunteered with the soup kitchen at St. Paul's Cathedral, contributing our time to serving people in the London community.
Our involvement with United Way's Women United and End Woman Abuse reflects our commitment to supporting women beyond the gym through community connections, advocacy, and local initiatives.
We're always grateful for the members, local businesses, and volunteers who show up when we put a call out for support.
Our London facility is home to multiple women-owned businesses at the front of the gym. We also welcome local vendors and small businesses to BFITNESS events, helping them connect with our community.
For us, supporting women means creating real opportunities, sharing space, making introductions, and finding ways to grow together.
We want BFITNESS to be a place that brings people together, supports women, and makes room to help when our neighbours need it.
